Make plans for another great week in Houston, with kids!  Here are the top things to do for Monday through Sunday, April 30-May 6, 2018.

1.  Monday through Thursday, go see the Astros at Minute Maid Park.

2.  Monday through Wednesday, go see the Skeeters at Constellation Field.


3.  On Tuesday, take the little kids to Toddler Tuesday at Discovery Green.  This week’s story is The Littlest Matryoshka and the characters are Captain America and Black Widow!

4.  On Tuesday, go to Mommy & Me at Tanger Outlets Texas City.  This free event will include Jim’s Jungle Exotic Petting Zoo, games and activities… plus kids eat free!

5.  On Wednesday, take the kids to Nature Storytime at the Nature Discovery Center.

6.  On Wednesday, the little kids can go to Mommy Mingle at the Children’s Museum of Houston Tot Spot.  Kids under 3 can play while the caregivers enjoy a free breakfast.

7.  Wednesday through Friday, go to Monkey & Francine in the City of Tigers at Miller Outdoor Theatre.   It is a world premiere opera inspired by Indian and Chinese mythology and the Bollywood style.

8.  On Thursday, go to the museum district for Free Museum Entry.

9.  On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, have Fun on the Farm at Blessington Farms!  Pick berries, zip across zip lines, swing into the hay, race down giant hillside slides and see the animals.

10.  On Saturday, go to our favorite Hands-On Houston at the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft.  Just stop by to make your free wearable bouquet with tissue paper and wooden beads.

11.  On Saturday, go see Sideways Stories from Wayside School by Main Street Theater at MATCH… and this weekend they also have an ASL Performance and an Audio Described Performance.

12.  On Saturday, go to the Houston Dragon Boat Festival at Allen’s Landing in Downtown Houston.
