Things to do in Houston, with kids, this weekend!

Hello, Trees! is still at Discovery Green and this weekend you can enjoy PAUSE.  Professional singers will be at each input and will sing to each other and the trees. Special guest performances will be happening around the installation as people are encouraged to disconnect, then connect with their surroundings through this modern meditative performance.

Walk on the Wild Side at Nature Discovery Center.  Sneak up on lizards, peer through a spotting scope for close up looks at honey bees or birds, search for colorful spring flowers, spy on the secret life of animals that hide under logs, and investigate.

Or take the family to Graeme’s Run at No Label Brewing Co.  After the 5K and family run there will be beer, food trucks, live music, bounce houses, face painting and more.
