Top 8 Things to Do this Week & Weekend, in Houston, with Kids – September 4-10, 2017

This is the weekly post of top things to do in Houston, with kids… but you know all about Hurricane Harvey and effects felt all over town.  I’m still sharing the things to do, but click the links for the latest updates and I’ll add service events as they pop up.

Here are the top things to do for Monday through Sunday, September 4-10, 2017!  (Find the full list of events HERE!)

1. On Monday, cheer on the Skeeters at Constellation Field.  They will raise money for those affected by Hurricane Harvey. For all four games against the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs, the $15 tickets will be just $5.

2.  For Tuesday through Friday, find a camp for the kids.

3.  On Thursday, get Free Entry in the Museum District.

4.  On Friday, head to Nature Discovery Center for Swift Night Out.  Watch chimney swifts swoop and soar over their roosts and then count them as they enter their chimneys.

5.  On Saturday, get buy one get one free admission to the Downtown Aquarium with the Super Saturday coupon.

6.  On Saturday, be a Food Detective at the Nature Discovery Center.

7. On Saturday, head to Discovery Green for Screen on the Green: Alice Through the Looking Glass.

8. On Sunday, go to My First Music Lesson at Discovery Green.
