Spring Break at Discovery Green – March 13-17 
Monday, March 13, 12:00pm-4:00pm: Girlstart will host hands on activities.
Tuesday, March 14, 12:00pm-4:00pm: Touch-a-Truck Tuesday, Kids will have the opportunity to get up and close to some of their favorite trucks including construction vehicles, a HPD Helicopter and more!
Wednesday, March 15, 12:00pm-4:00pm: Workshop Wednesday, Girlstart host hands on activities including Insta-Snow and Robot Arm.
Thursday, March 16, 12:00pm-4:00pm: Girlstart will host hands on activities.
Friday, March 17,  12:00pm-4:00pm: Girlstart will host hands on activities.

Roller Rink – March 3-25 
The ICE Rink has been replaced with an outdoor roller skating rink.  Go skating at Discovery Green!

At the Health Museum:

Health & Wellness Week – March 13-17
Visitors will experience an up close and personal look at how the body responds to common diseases like diabetes, skin cancer, colon cancer, and heart disease in the Body Worlds RX: Prescriptions for Healthy Living exhibit. Each day features a variety of activities including science shows, exhibit tours, organ dissections, grossology, epidemic challenges for the entire family, and whole body nutrition. Lots of fun with Houston organizations including Young Audiences of Houston, UNICEF, Houston Health Department and yoga instructor Kai Lewis, who is part of the MD Anderson Integrative Medicine Center team.

Hands-on activities all throughout the Museum. Watch our interactive performances with a lineup that changes every day.

 

LIttle Art Explorers Outside at Museum of Fine Arts Houston
At the Museum of Fine Arts Houston:
Storytime Tour at Rienzi – March 13 & 14, 10:00am-11:00am
Storytime Tours are an interactive activity featuring stories related to themes highlighted in the Rienzi Collection.

Spring Break Art-Making at Rienzi – March 15, 16, 17, 10:00am-12:00pm 
After viewing the galleries, families can enjoy a weaving activity inspired by the exquisite 19th-century Aubusson Carpet, on view in Rienzi’s Ballroom.

Spring Break at the Museum – March 13-17 10:00am-3:00pm
Each day the studio features a new medium or process to try out, from watercolors to mixed media, fiber arts, and more.

Spring Break at Bayou Bend – March 13-17, 10:00am-4:00pm
Enjoy a wide range of child-friendly activities in the gardens, the mansion, and the Lora Jean Kilroy Visitor Center.
