Things to do in Houston this weekend, with kids! April 12, 13, 14, 2013

Another weekend, another list of fun things to do in Houston!  Saturday morning is a good time to be at Hermann Park.  Go to the Flamingo Housewarming Party, the Japan Festival and then become a Hermann Park member and ride the train all day for free.  (Members ride free once a month!)  You could then jump on METRORail and head to Discovery Green for some kayaking.  Or save this for Sunday when you can kayak and attend Earth Day Houston.  If you want to get out of the city, go strawberry picking, to the Bluebonnet Festival or Railfest.
